The product arrived on time and in good condition. I was disappointed to find that the instructions are on a CD, which meant printing out the instructions, memorising them or running back and forwards between the TV and the computer. There are some ‘quick’ instructions, but I found them incomprehnsible. For that reason I had a professional in to set it up.
I found the operation simple with good response to the remote controls. However I found the colour not as good as I had become used to, flesh tones, in partular, being pale and lacking contrast, though this improves somewhat as the set ‘warms up’. After a few day’s use the signal from the aerial was lost, replaced with a ‘No signal’ message. For me this is not much of a disadvantage as I recieve my TV from Sky, but I would like it back.
Overall, apart from the above I am quite pleased with the product.
